Here's what other software professionals have to say about me
Jeff creates excellent solutions in terms of design and code. You can tell by looking at his code reviews that he’s spent a lot of time considering the right way to do something in terms of code reusability, maintenance, etc.; rather than just “getting it done.”
Jeff... is very responsive to other people’s feedback. If he is unsure about feedback from another [engineer] in a code review or does not agree with it, he will often follow up with that [engineer] one-on-one to get clarification and discuss further. I think this goes a long way to demonstrate his respect for his teammates.
Jeff is one of the most vocal [engineers] in conversations about how to solve problems and enhance our framework. He provides thoughtful input to help the team reach its goals. He takes code reviews seriously, providing prudent criticism and recommendations.
Jeff is also not afraid to speak his mind and defend his positions in a respectful manner (confidence and integrity)
The Summit Turtle
I hate climbing mountains. It's either too cold or too hot, your feet are covered in blisters, and you could die at any time. But on the other hand, I like a good challenge (especially of the willpower variety) and the setting couldn't be more amazing. I've been up Denali - the high-point of North America - and am currently working on summiting the 100 tallest mountains in the state of Washington.
