SalesAutomation
As portfolio owner for BitTitan's Sales Pilar, I also acted as program manager of the portfolio's flag-ship product: SalesAutomation. SalesAutomation (or SA) constituted the largest single product release in company history having been in development for over a year - a lifetime in the world of cloud SaaS software.

Logistically, the program was extremely difficult to manage with my development team based out of Singapore - an 8 hour time difference with Seattle. I also faced scheduling challenges at release when business need dictated that we GA the product a month ahead of schedule. Using tactical decisions around resource management and functionality cuts, I was able to ship in cadence with the updated timeline. Interest in the product at launch lead to, what was at the time, the most-attended webinar in company history.
MigrationWiz: Database Migration
This was a project where proving out the business case and go-to-market story took twice as long as designing the software. To gain buy-off from executive management, I ended up having to dust off my old developer skills and create a prototype as a proof of concept. Demand was proven out through partnering directly with Microsoft, and high-profile BitTitan accounts and a combined marketing effort was created. Our database migration webinar shattered the attendance record set during the SalesAutomation reveal and still stands as a company record.

In the end, a market of over 2 million companies on legacy SQL Server instances coupled with not enough database experts to migrate them won out. The demand we created pushed an aggressive timeline and we shipped our whiteglove in two months.
